Yomi Abiola Promotes Fair Labor in Fashion

Yomi Abiola has launched an initiative to promote fair labor practices in the global fashion industry, fight the use of underage models, promote diversity and improve working conditions.

Stand Up For Fashion is the brainchild of Yomi Abiola, a Nigerian activist, model and contributor to Vogue Italia who has worked on ethical issues with the UN cultural organization UNESCO. It was launched at an event in NYC on Wednesday.
