7 Days In Havana offers a fictional incite in the lives of seven key characters, episodically throughout a calendar week. Seven separate stories, some of which intertwining with others all taking place in the eponymous city. Benecio Del Toro kicking things off with Monday’s tale of a young American actor played by Road To Terabithia and The Hunger Games’ Josh Hutcherson, stumbling ignorantly into Havana’s rich culture and vibrant night life and getting more than he bargained for. The segment manages to jam in a fair few laughs and interesting events into its short running time and displays a natural talent for story-telling from the famous first time director.
Released in cinemas July 6th 2012.
